Terms of Service

pitch-side.co.uk — Last updated: June 2026

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pitchside platform, including the Pitchside Admin mobile application, the Touch & Pass mobile application, and the pitch-side.co.uk website (collectively, "the Services"), operated by One Sport Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or otherwise using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a rugby team or club, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

One Sport Technologies Ltd operates two related applications under the Pitchside platform:

Pitchside Admin

A subscription-based mobile application for rugby clubs, coaches and administrators. It enables coaches and managers to manage their team's squads, fixtures and match events in real time. Data entered in Pitchside Admin is used to power the Touch & Pass fan experience. Access to Pitchside Admin requires a paid subscription of £10 per team per month.

Touch & Pass

A free mobile application for rugby fans. Touch & Pass allows supporters to follow their clubs with live match scores, event timelines, lineups and player statistics. Fans have read-only access to data published by clubs through Pitchside Admin. Touch & Pass is provided free of charge.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your club.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately at kevin@pitch-side.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in breach of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to Pitchside Admin is provided on a subscription basis. The following terms apply:

  • Pricing: Current subscription prices are displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are stated inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Billing period: Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. We will provide reasonable notice before renewal, including the renewal date and the applicable price. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • No refunds for partial periods: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable prior notice (no less than 30 days). Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Touch & Pass is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in future, and we will provide advance notice if this affects access to features you currently use for free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload or transmit any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or to another user's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any systems or networks connected to them.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services.

Clubs and administrators using Pitchside Admin are responsible for all content they upload, including player data, photographs and match information. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload — in particular data relating to minors — has been collected lawfully and with appropriate consent, and that you are entitled to share it through our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to One Sport Technologies Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload to the Services, including team information, player data and match records ("Team Content"). By uploading Team Content, you grant One Sport Technologies Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services, including making match data available to fans through Touch & Pass.

We will not use your Team Content for any other purpose, and we will not sell or licence it to third parties.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully:

  • Pitchside Admin Privacy Policy — for club accounts, coaches and administrators.
  • Touch & Pass Privacy Policy — for fans using the Touch & Pass app.

By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Services are available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of match data displayed in Touch & Pass, as this data is entered by third-party clubs using Pitchside Admin. We accept no responsibility for errors or omissions in club-submitted data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Sport Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in subscription fees in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a Pitchside Admin subscription at any time with reasonable notice, subject to the billing terms in Section 4. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we terminate for cause (such as a material breach of these Terms), in which case termination may be immediate.

Touch & Pass accounts may be closed at any time by the user. We may suspend or terminate a Touch & Pass account at our discretion if it is being used in breach of these Terms.

Upon termination of a Pitchside Admin account, we will make your Team Content available for export on request for a period of 30 days following termination. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please contact kevin@pitch-side.co.uk to request a data export.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the App or by emailing the address associated with your account, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Services and, if applicable, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
