Common Questions

Is Touch & Pass free for fans?
Yes — Touch & Pass is completely free to download for fans on both iOS and Android. Fans can browse clubs and follow live match scores, lineups and player stats at no cost. The live match experience becomes available once a club subscribes to Pitchside Admin.
Who subscribes — the coach or the club?
Each team in your club is one subscription at £10/month. So if your club runs a senior squad, an U18 and an U16, that’s £30/month in total. You can add or remove teams at any time — you only pay for what you’re actively using.
How do I invite my coaching staff?
Once your club is set up, you can invite coaches directly from the Pitchside app. They’ll receive a link to download the app and will automatically be connected to the teams you’ve assigned them. There’s no limit on the number of coaches or managers per team.
What happens to our data at the end of the season?
Your match history, player stats and all season data are saved and remain accessible after the season ends. When you're ready for the next season, you simply renew your subscription, reset the fixture list and carry your squad rosters forward. All historical data is kept.
